"Love What You Do!"

Updated: Mar 12, 2022

Sort of a cliché isn't it? If anyone had told me 10 years ago that I would be creating one of a kind Wedding Rings, and handcrafted keepsakes for folks all over the world, I would have simply laughed out loud. But that's exactly what happened....

Ten years ago, life for my wife Donna and I was simply a blur of our full time jobs, our 5 dogs, and our 60's muscle cars! We lived in a small Cape Cod style home, in a rural setting where in a small garage, I worked on the cars while Donna tended to the pups in the house!

So how did we get from there to here? The answer is simple. YouTube. I could no longer afford to dump tons of cash into a muscle car, and needed to find something less expensive for my hands and my interest to do. I came across a few videos for bentwood ring creation and the rest sort of fell into place. I started making rings for friends and family and began to sell some on Etsy. I found that I loved making the rings almost as much as the cars, and the reaction from folks upon receiving a completed ring, is truly priceless!

“If you can do something you love, you will absolutely never work another day in your life!”

As the years went on Donna and I shared the shop on Etsy. We still had an old car and the pups, but now Donna was making wire wrapped art as well. We purchased a larger home, at the end of a cull de sac, (Stonecress Ct) and made use of the larger 3 bay garage.

At present day, the old car has been sold, and we are down to one pup. Donna's hands are not what they used to be so she doesn't make the wire wrappings as often as she did. She helps with the ring orders where she can, and business has been growing!

We truly love all that we do, but if I had to choose I'd say the anniversary rings are my favorite to make. I enjoy hearing how long people have been together and we're just a bit honored to help commemorate such an occasion! -Roy.
